A room isn't finished until the light is right. Paragon sells lighting for the spaces people actually live in — the dim stairwell, the dining table you eat at every night, the porch you want to feel welcoming — rather than showpieces for a renovation.

How Paragon works

We're a small, independent online lighting retailer. We don't manufacture our fixtures and we don't run a warehouse. We select designs from manufacturing partners overseas, and each order ships directly from the factory to your door.

That model is the reason our prices sit well below showroom pricing. It's also the reason our delivery times are longer than a big-box store's: orders are processed within 1–5 business days and typically arrive in 15–30 days. Shipping is free on every order, and we currently ship within the United States only.

How we choose what to sell

Because we're small, we're selective rather than comprehensive. Our catalog is around 80 fixtures, not thousands. When we consider adding something, we look at the finish and how it's likely to wear, whether the design still reads well outside a styled photo, and whether the light it actually casts is pleasant to sit under.

We're a retailer, not a design studio — we don't claim to have engineered these fixtures. What we do is narrow the field so you're not scrolling through ten thousand near-identical listings, and publish the specifications we have on every product page: dimensions, wattage, bulb base, color temperature, materials, and IP rating where it applies. If a detail you need isn't listed, email us before you order and we'll get the answer rather than guess.

Modern — clean geometry, brass and matte black finishes.
Nordic — Scandinavian influence, wood tones and soft diffused glass.
Vintage — antique brass, amber glass, rattan.
Minimalist — simple forms meant to stay quiet in a room.

Materials differ from fixture to fixture and are listed individually on each product page.

Lighting by room

Wall lights for hallways, stairs, and bathroom mirrors. Chandeliers and pendants for dining tables and entryways. Table and floor lamps for reading corners and accent light. Weather-rated outdoor fixtures for porches and exterior walls.

If something goes wrong

You have 14 days from delivery to contact us if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. We'll send a replacement or refund you to your original payment method — and you won't need to ship anything back, because we don't operate a return facility to send it to. Email us your order number with a photo and we'll take it from there. The full terms are on our Refund policy page.
