Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
    2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    All orders recieve free shipping with delivery times ranging from 15-30 days depnding on your location.

    3. International Shipping
    • We currently ship to the United Staes. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Paragon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 
    4. Order Tracking
    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
    5. Damages & Missing Items
    • If you received your order damaged, please contact us at Contact@paragonlighting.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
