The Paragon Brushed Ring LED Pendant Light is a minimalist circle of brushed metal in gold and black, lit from a continuous diffuser on its inner edge. There are no bulbs on show and no ornament of any kind, which is precisely why it works in contemporary interiors: the fixture draws a clean geometric line above the table and leaves the decorating to everything else in the room.
Rings are available in a wide range of diameters and can be combined in tiers or hung as a group at different heights, so a single design covers everything from a small breakfast table to a hotel reception. Because the light source runs the full circumference, the fixture washes the table evenly and casts almost no hard shadow, which is what you want when people are sitting under it for a long evening.
