The Paragon Crystal Ring Stair Chandelier stacks five, six, seven or eight illuminated gold rings down a central drop, each one hung with crystal. It is built for the spaces most fixtures cannot fill: stairwells, double-height entrance halls and voids above a landing, where the fixture is seen from several floors at once and has to look right from every one of them.
Crystal does two things here. It scatters light so the whole column glitters rather than glowing flatly, and it catches daylight during the day, which keeps the piece alive even when it is switched off. Warm white gives the traditional golden sparkle, cold white reads more contemporary, and the remote dimming and app-controlled variants let you set the level to suit the time of day.
Ring spacing is set during installation, so the chandelier can be compressed for a lower void or extended down a tall stairwell. The frame is steel with a gold finish and the crystals are individually hung, which makes replacement straightforward in the unlikely event one is damaged. Hang the crystals only after the body is fixed and wired, and allow a second pair of hands for the taller configurations.
